Printing of the boxes has started!

Hope you are fine and safe in your part of the world. Sorry to haven't update you before, but I always want to have images to illustrate an update!
I am happy to say the printing of the boxes has started, with weeks of delay, but it is now started... I am sadly not in charge of my partner's pannings, and when I announce timing, it depends on them. We are small businesses so we always adapt to what is coming.
The printing plates were supposed to be ready in July but finally not, and august is a dead month where all suppliers are on holiday. Early September, it was one of the papers I choose which was not ready and for the homogeneity of the project, I need all the papers to come from the same production. We wait for this color to come back in stock, but when they announce us more delay, to not lose much more time, I change the color of the Principessa deck, which will be redder than burgundy. Doing 6 decks at the same time is just a little crazy... but thanks to you it will be an amazing project.
But we have the paper now, and Studio can start the production. The first part was to cut the paper and print the hot foil inside of the boxes. Everything else must follow.
Updated Timetable
Here is, for today, the planning :
September/October: making of the printing plates, order the paper, printing the tuck case.
October: sending the tuck cases to Noir Arts
October/November: Noir Arts printing the cards and finish production.
December: Decks travel from Noir Arts to me and as soon as we have them, we start shipping.
Also, this again may change as I do not apprehend the exact time NoirArts need to do all the decks.

Production update and final quantities

Hello, members of the Crossed Keys Society!
Hope you are fine and safe in your part of the world. I wanted to get the first photos of the printing plates before sending this update but I do not have them ready yet. It is hard to found the right timetable for that because with 6 tuck cases to print, with 2 foils, 1 print, 1 embossing it means we need to make 30 plates! But it is coming soon.
On the other end, a lot of you asked about how many units I will produce. So here comes the final combination of tuck cases, cards colors, and other details.
And here are the details for the White edition. They will be more limited and numbered.
Hope this makes it easier for you to see all the details of this very ambitious project.

Another project?
Yes, now everything is in the hands of printers, I can launch a project I have in mind for a long time. My first idea was to prints but I will finally do a book too. Hope you will like this new project.

The boxes design

Hello, members of the Crossed Keys Society!
Hope you are fine and safe in your part of the world.
Last week I visit Studio Pression who will print the tuck boxes of the project to finalize the design with them and be sure everything will print well. Hot foil printing has its rules and even if we go into amazing details with a printer like them, I have to be sure everything will look as I want it.
I had this idea of the decks' sides to look like an old books collection and hope you like them. Here are the design files of the full boxes.
There are still some details to finish but the main idea is there ! And also here is the design of the collection box set.
And of course, all this will be used for the white edition too. But design is only the first step, we next have to produce the printing plates. So it will be 3 plates by box, so 18 plates! OMG!... Everything will be fine, breathe...
Ephemerid and other items
I send a part of the add-ons last week and the other ones should be sent before the end of the month. You will receive a tracking number from the French dilivengo service on the email you use on backerkit.

The playing cards design / Sending Ephemerid add-ons

I am pleased to present to you the design of all the playing cards. I may do 58 cards decks, but for now, here are 54! Before you asked and comment, this is the design only, there will be color variations for each deck with principal color. I will show you these versions soon.
Sending Ephemerid and other add-ons.
A lot of you discover my previous projects and add these items on backerkit, and these items are in stock and ready. In the coming days, I will lock the address of orders which include these items, so if you may receive a message to confirm your address. If you need to update it before we send The Crossed Keys Society decks, we will see that at the right time.

Time to lock your orders

A quick note to let you know that I will lock the orders today. It means you can not update what you order. Your address will be locked few weeks before shipping starts, so do not worry if you move, you will be able to update it. I need to lock this to counts all the items and start shipping the Ephemerid add ons soon.
